Its very annoying not getting response to your mail. I have been short paid on some of my orders, email Konga twice and no reply up till this moment. this is frustrating my effort as a seller if I cant get answers to my questions

I tell you it can be so frustrating. I have be sending a mail since last week as regard my products on disputes which was wrong connection from customer which he later fix,that thet they should take it out of dispute,mean the clients have been using this products since last week and my fund held for no reason.nobody seems to see the mails been sent.
