    I have been trying to pay for store subscription all day without success. Kongapay service is down,platform for Debit card payment is down. Can someone help me out

    Hello,
    
    Please note that payments for subscriptions not paid through Kongapay or Debit card must be done through E-bills by NIBSS. Payment made directly to our FCMB account will no longer be processed.
    
    Payment with E-bills can be achieved either by cash deposit of online banking through the following banks: Diamond Bank, FCMB, Fidelity Bank, GTB, Union Bank, Zenith Bank,Keystone Bank, Wema Bank and Unity Bank.
    
    How to make payments through Ebills:
    
    Cash Payment
    1) Visit any bank branch (E-bills Bank) to deposit cash for invoice issued
    2) Request to make payment using E-bills and pay into Konga’s account
    3) Indicate the payment type as “merchant payment”
    4) Provide all required details on the teller
    5) Send a scanned copy of the receipt or Reference number to mall@konga.com.'>mall@konga.com.'>mall@konga.com.'>mall@konga.com.'>mall@konga.com.'>mall@konga.com.'>mall@konga.com.'>mall@konga.com.
    
    Payment through Online Transfer
    1)  Log into your internet banking platform and search E-bills
    2) Click on the link, and you will be redirected to NIBSS secure website
    3) Search for Konga on the NIBSS website, then select “merchant payment”
    4) Provide all required details(store ID, store name, amount and select commission or subscription) and click “continue"
    5) NIBSS redirects you back to your internet banking platform to complete payments
    6) Send a scanned copy of the receipt or Reference number to mall@konga.com

    I have been trying to pay with my debit  card since morning but it's not going through.
    Can I pay do a mobil transfer to konga FCMB acct?

     I think I am making progress but I am stalk on store ID????. i dont know this and I dont think I have ever come across this. sent email already kindly reply quickly.
