    Dear Sellers,
    
    ​Here are the changes to our verification process.​
    
    1. You no longer need to call the customer to verify orders above N45,000
    
    2. Customers are contacted and are asked to pre-pay to show commitment for orders above N100,000.
    
    3. Buyers have up to 48 hours to make payment for such orders or order will be cancelled.
    
    4. You will only receive these orders in SellerHQ after we have verified them.
    
    Please drop off orders as quickly as possible to ensure that you do not disappoint customers who have made monetary commitment.

    @Top Garners....your eyes have seen things in this land. Imagine 'he just wanted someone to ring his phone'!

    I think this should be done to Orders even as low as #3,000. Imagine this customer purchased an item which i made sure its the cheapest of its kind on Konga. When he placed the Order i called him to confirm the Order and this customer said he just want someone to ring his phone.

    Protect your smaller clients too....the ones with the cheaper items are your biggest draw! Drop the ceiling to between N10,000 and N25,000
