    I see no reasons why some people would order for a product and at the same time reject the order i think konga should sanction this buyers so that they can also share in the loss. KONGA TAKE NOTE!

    It's unfortunate there are some unserious buyers out there but I wouldn't blame the buyers requesting that items be opened first before receipt or payment. Some sellers dubiously send substandard or entirely different item than the one the buyer ordered. I've been a victim of this, especially when the picture on the website doesn't match what is delivered. I've always used Konga Pay to pay for items but the "pay on delivery" option is beginning to look much better even for serious buyers.

    Sometimes,the fault comes from the KOS team.They keep item which is meant to be delivered on tym for more than a week or so.Even after making a complain to them nothing would still been done,mostly Lagos order is not meant to stay for over a week or so but this is wat am experiencing.N wen its been delivered to the person you find out dat d person is no longer interested due to late delivery or He/She have gotten d item somewhere else or even used the money.So d customer can't be blamed.They should look into it because am so tired of making a complain to them on late delivery of item.

    Its not that i don't call before shipping out the order, when i do, the buyer would tell me to send it.

    I have repeatedly called Konga to complain about the same thing. The pictures are visible enough. It is a different thing if a customer complains about quality but it becomes frustrating when a customer asks the KOS guys to open the package (has happened to me numerous times) and sees it from afar, then tells him to take it away. Or, when customers just tell the KOS guys, I'm no longer interested. You cannot force it on them but they should be made to bear shipping costs for items they reject without reasons.

    Konga may reject some bad barria buy which are not ready pay with the detail konga given out for them.

    We understand your frustrations, please note that Konga is doing a lot to curb unserious buyers. However, you can do help also by always making sure you call your customers to confirm order before delivery is made.
