     I have tracked some of my products and they were rejected by customers. When I called to ask for the reasons they complained about the increase in delivery rate ( wondering why they not notice before clicking on the order now button).
     My question now is hope konga will not charge me for delivery and why has it taken close to 2 months for these items to be returned to me since  I am even out of stock for some but no sales proceeds.
    KONGA please return the products quickly so I can relist them.

    Hello Joan,
    Kindly send the affected order numbers to mall@konga.com for a swift resolution. 
    Also note, Konga will only charge for a successfully delivered order, not for an order rejected on delivery before payment is made.
