    I have been having problems with completing my registration for this new kongapay, my bank has failed to generate the needed verification code for the completion in the needed time ,, i have tried like 15 times and failed , before the code comes which is 2 hours after i request for it , my session on the seller hq has expired and iam required to log in the code within 60 seconds , so before i could restart the process again the 60 seconds has elapsed and new code is place by default ,, i am tired  and i have money in the escrow that i must pay out , please how did you guys manage to complete this tast or hurdle, my bank is diamond bank

    Moderator: Since konga made this impromptu decision, was there consideration for merchants in diaspora operating 'no ATM card' accounts? Or no BVN (per CBN temporary exemption due to difficulty in getting to BVN registration sites). There are only about 5 states in the US  (out of 50 states) where BVN service is offered and it costs average $500 to fly to get this 'almighty number' ( so CBN understands our plight....Im expecting konga to have that consideration as well). If a merchant's account is such that does  eTransactions only (no cheque, no debit card)...we cant register on konga pay.....What do we do? 
    We are trying to invest in our motherland, bring returns back home.....konga is first of few to make this easier for us to do and we appreciate that. You should consider everything else that will continue to make this work WITH EASE....... the wallet system works well. Even if money will be deposited in daily batches; it still leaves one at the mercy of serving banks by paying daily stamp duties even if sales was meagre 1000naira.  (And we cant open new account within 1 wk).

    @ Ebere my bank is stanbic ibtc and it's on the Konga Pay drop down menu but not on the five banks you listed. So dose that mean I can't register?

    For those who can't see the icon, please note that KongaPay registration icon will be made available on the shq back end from tomorrow 22/ 2/2016. Kindly register from there.
    
    Please note that deposit will be made into your account in 1 batch daily and not by sales order proceed.

    Hello, i av tried tyms without number toregister dis konga pay but itwont just wrk . I log ma complain, call customer care all d time but stil nothing was done, if you really want us all to strt using this i thinkthere should be a way u can so it automatically. Please do something fast. thanks

    I Am currently having problem registering on konga pay, for over two months now. The last call I made to konga customer care , the agent i spoke too couldnt resolve the problem I am having with konga pay registration.
    As, I have earlier stated that my registration with konga pay which I have been trying for past two months has been failure. I have mailed mall@konga.com, referring to this issue more than six times, and called 0809XXX konga customer care line, no resolution still.And I was told to contact my Bank to confirm every of my details. I use first bank, I have contacted them as well and they confirmed no issues from their end as well as all verification details are correct. And I should take note that, Konga Pay is handled by Konga Itself. Please look into this issue critically before making the platform mandatory for all sellers, when issues of registration haven't been sorted.its dissatisfying that nobody has done a survey on this to see who and who have been able to register before throwing this out as compulsory.

    I am currently having problem registering on konga pay, for over two months now. The last call I made with konga customer care yesterday, the lady speaking with me, was telling me. There is no way Konga can help me to look into the problem I am having with konga pay registration. This sounds arrogantly and in relation to I don't care attitude.
    As, I have earlier state that my registration with konga pay which I have been trying for past two months has been failure. I have mailed mall@konga.com, referring to this issue more than six times, and called 0809XXX konga customer line wasting around #1,000 on just calling. And I was told to contact my Bank to confirm every of my details. I use first bank, And that I should email NIBSS, and the news from my bank was, your details with us are not in anyway altered from what I have with me, NIBSS people were the one that contacted me even and brought the news that My details as it was sent for verification are correct. And I should take note that, Konga Pay is handled by Konga Itself, and there is no way NIBSS can intervene in this matter, That I need to contacted konga to know the reason why there system keeps malfunctioning. I have some money in escrow that I need to have them in my account. Please Can someone Help me?
