I got the requirements to participate in Yakata sales I think the 80-100% delivery rate is a bit too high is the ratings for delivery including returns? cancelled orders from customers? because I personally don't think my delivery rate is accurate I don't think a returned order should count in these circumstance konga please provide clarifications

Hello Chidozie, Returned orders and customer cancellations do not count against your store.

Please kindly expatiate on 80-100% shipping rate. I use konga express for shipment so explain further on the shipping rate to qualify. Thank you.

Hello Chidozie, The criteria for participation in the fall yakata sales is 80 - 100% order shipment rate and returned orders do not count against your store.
