I sent my products to firstname.lastname@example.org almost a week ago but am still yet to receive an update even I called the helpline I was ask to also redirect the mail to email@example.com. Pls help

I have uploaded my products rejected for verification, up till this moment nothing has been done by konga verification team. This is quite frustrating.
