    I sent my products to verifyproducts@konga.com almost a week ago but am still yet to receive an update even I called the helpline I was ask to also redirect the mail to rejectlistings@konga.com. Pls help

    I have uploaded my products rejected for verification, up till this moment nothing has been done by konga verification team. This is quite frustrating.
