    I think there is problem with Konga IT department cos all my goods that are meant to be live on Konga website have been move to sold out goods on my SHQ account. Can Konga look into this please.

    We apologize for this.We are looking into it already.Please go through your store and check to be sure that the products you want to sell are the ones that are live on site.You can use your store URL to confirm this on the website.

    There is something seriously wrong with the website, because items that I paused because they are in the category with high commission rates, suddenly become visible to the public and people started ordering for it, before I noticed it, I have already updated it as shipped and I can't cancel them, by month end, all my gains will be used to pay Konga commission, am just furious.

    Thank you for your feedback, please note that we carried out a product refresh on products whose quantity had not been updated in the last 30 days inorder to prevent product unavailabilty.Please update your product quantity accordingly.If you encounter any issue, kindly send a mail to mall@konga.com or call 0809 460 5555.
