  • PRODUCT QUANTITY RESET TO ZERO

    Hello, 
    For reasons best known to you, on the 12th of September, you took it upon yourselves to brazenly reset the quantity of my products to zero. Since then, I've been trying to update my product quantity without success. 
    I keep getting an error response about missing required fields. However, the so called missing fields - colour and size - are not missing. They are right there. Another alleged missing field is "vat". I've gone through the entire product page from top to bottom and cannot find a tab for "vat". So where do I find that and how do I fill that in. There is also no tab for "Gender" yet this is among the alleged missing fields. Gender is already specified in the product category. It's the first thing you see in the product category so why is it claiming gender is missing?
    I need answers asap. I'd like to get my products back online. It's illogical to keep paying subscription fees when my products are not listed.

    I'm having the same problem ,can upload new products and can not edit all the item that Konga reset to zero.

    Konga ought to have known that, this is a general problem. I have products needed to be updated, but, because of the annoying error messages, I am just waiting for the time I will accused for the consequences of this konga's created problems. The problem is that, I can't find time to send mails or calls without a corresponding solution. It's painful.
