  Hi,
  
  Please I'm having issues uploading product on my store nearly three weeks now. my store name is Sam P Craft, can you help me fix the issue? Thanks.

  Kindly send a complaint to mall@konga.com with a screen shot of the error message you recieved trying to upload, your query will be forwarded to the appropriate department for a swift resolution.

  The issue is not the picture sizing, when i click on select file button, it doesn't work at all.

   just download an app called FastStone photo Resizer on your desktop and use it to resize your picture

    Hey bro your pictures are not uploading all because u didnt edit the size to 500px by 500px as specified, its only when you meet that condition that your pictures will be uploaded also ensuring you have a white background on your pictures
