  • Problems with phone app Konga

    It is essential to closely monitor your store both on a desktop and via the Konga phone app. Many intending buyers keep sending me the same thing: "Please update your products they are out of stock!"
    However ALL the products they have pointed at are NOT out of stock when viewed on a desktop computer. Then I had to keep asking them to order using a Personal computer! I wonder how many sales sellers lose on account of this problem. 
    I noticed that only products with multiple options have this anomaly. Even when I perused other stores with similar products (Apparel) I noticed the grand difference in stock quantity, when viewed on a phone via the Konga app.
    In addition, I still have one diamond against my store! That means one sale - which is quite far from the reality. Besides, Konga does not use the diamond when viewed on desktops anymore.
    Please Moderators look into this. I also sent an e-mail in this vein, but no reply so far.

    Hello Chika,
    Your product quality is calculated  based on buyer rating of your product while  delivery rate is calculated based on the total number of orders you have successfully delivered to customers as a function of total orders you have received on your store in a lifetime.The third one is communication.Hope this answers your questions.

    hows product quality" and "delivery rate" calcd? notu=iced this is same for all items in my store? how can one improve these stats? its just three right?

    Thank you for bringing this issues you are experiencing with the Konga phone app to our attention, our tech team will look into this issue.
    In addition, please be informed the  jewel and crown ranking system are no longer in use on the Konga mall, 
    stores are rated using the following parameters - communication to customer , the stores delivery rate and the product quality.
