Dear Sellers,
To commemorate the Sallah break known as Eid-El-Kabir, the Federal Government of Nigeria has declared Thursday 24th & Friday 25th September 2015 as public holidays. And to ensure you are well prepared to manage your store effectively during this break, we wish to inform you of the following:
1) All drop-off centers will be operational and open to merchants between 10:00am -3:00pm from Thursday September 24th, 2015 to Saturday, September 26th, 2015. Normal 8:00am-5:00pm operational hours will resume on Monday, September 28th, 2015
2) If you will be unavailable to accept and ship orders during this period, ensure you put your store on vacation to avoid receiving orders you will be unable to fulfill. You can also send a mail to ordercontinuity@konga.com if you are unable to put your store on vacation
3) To celebrate the salary week and the Sallah festival, we anticipate that buyers will want to make lots of purchase. Hence we encourage you to ship all orders placed to your store within 24 hours. This will further encourage your buyers to shop more from your store when they receive their orders on time
4) Note that stores not placed on vacation will keep receiving orders and cancelled orders due to unavailability of merchants or items will lead to poor store performance and ultimately store suspension. Read more on our store suspension policy here- http://bit.ly/1
For more information, you can reach us on 01-460 5555 and 0809 460 5555 or email us at mall@konga.com.
We wish our Muslim sellers Barka de Sallah!
Happy holidays!

Hello Ejiro,
Kindly send a mail to mall@konga.com for faster resolution as submission of order details on the forum goes against the forum's code of conduct.
If you have however sent a mail to the above email and yet to receive a response after 48hours, you may share the ticket ID received for this request and we will follow up promptly.
Also, please note that orders not marked as shipped within 24hours are automatically cancelled. Hence, we encourage you to ship orders received to your store as soon as possible to avoid auto cancellation.

I am at a dropoff point in wuse abuja and nobody is there, I called konga support and was told to check back on monday. It's not right if you know your drop off centers won't work today 26th Sept 2015 a mail should have been sent. Now what should I tell the pay on delivery customer that it will be shipped on monday. Too bad
