    Why is Konga team making things difficult????
    I raised a thread here concerning an order that a customer said he has paid for,and it was deleted/pull down like Konga normal language.
    Should there be no means for merchants to confirm prepaid order with Konga,is it against the forum rules to ask question again?

    @Akorede what would happen henceforth is that the amount due would reflect in the invoice sent to you in your Shq and that would be the amount to be collected from the customer upon delivery and if it's fully paid the order would sent to you as a PAID order.

    The question is how do merchants know a particular order has been prepaid ,when merchants wants to self fulfilled?

    Thanks for the Feedback, Please be rest assured our team is looking into this and we have compiled all orders that fall into this category of Prepaid orders (these are orders that the team contacted the buyers to make payment so as to ascertain their seriousness) payments for orders that are due (After return policy elapse) would be made to your Wallet as from next week. Kindly send all order numbers affected to mall@konga.com once more. Have a great day.

    @ Akorede.....that is the new norm on this forum...it is feels like we cant speak our mind or ask any questions anymore, next thing you will hear you are violating code of conduct or they will delete the thread. 
    
    I had a prepaid order like that last week, i asked them to send an email confirmation, as i was not releasing the order.  i got the email confirmation and they told me payment was made, escrow will be credited as soon as delivery is confirmed. Delivery has been confirmed, no escrow credit yet, i sent an email 3 days ago still waiting on response.
    
    Konga - We need to know how this prepaid orders will work.......
    
    1. How do we confirm payments have been made?? It is not showing on SHQ....
    2. Once order is delivered and confirmed.....why is there a delay from when the escrow is credited? Just like any other order ...when order is confirmed as delivered, escrow is credited and when the return period expires, wallet is funded...why is there a deviation in this process for prepaid orders???
    
    Can someone just explain how this is suppose to work??
