There was an excess deduction from my Konga Wallet account on 26th January 2016. Since then I have written series of mails and called customer service severally. It is almost a month now, the buyer is enjoying his order but I'm yet to be refunded. Does it mean that Konga doesn't want to refund this money?. My patience has been fully exhausted and I'm tired of waiting. I'm sure Konga won't be patient with me for just one hour if my store is owing. please kindly refund my account.
