Buyer placed an order, I contacted her to confirm and she said she placed order by mistake, so I asked her to go ahead and cancel it, I have asked her for 3 days now to cancel order, she will say okay, yesterday she said she was logging in immediately to do it, and again today she has still not cancelled. Any moment from now my store will be penalized for not fulfilling the order, if I cancel it myself same wahala. What do I do in this situation please help!

Dear Beauty, You can send cancellation requests to email@example.com with the affected order number and this will be effected once verification is carried out with the buyer.
