    i noticed where konga said delivery charge are to be made at the point of shipment i.e merchants will pay for delivery , now my question is if i pay for delivery of an item and the item doesn't get delivered to the buyer,what happens to the money i paid , will it be refunded to me?

    I just love the part that you wrote that delivery isn't refundable. What about cases where delivery failure was caused by your courier? which sometimes happens. Somemonths ago i shipped an item it never left the "received" section for days i asked to know why then it moved to "cancelled" and up till this moment i haven't received the item  since JANUARY o and son't tell me to email any department because i have done that severally, they kept asking for the drop off center and i have told them like a 100 times so where do we go from there ? Its your fault and no one is even ready to take responsibilities.

    Hello Michael, Please ensure you contact your buyers to confirm interest before shipment, Please note, delivery cost is non-refundable for other 3rd party logistics. Kexpress will deduct shipping fee from successfully delivered orders.
