    Hello, I would like to know why my money is been held by Konga. I received emails from you guys since November which stated that i have requested payment however its been over 2 months. Payment hasnt been credited into my bank account. Just yesterday again, same thing happened as its been over 24hrs no payment. I have sent endless emails to ordercontinuity@konga.com but i guess the guys that handle the email address are all dead / the the email address itself.

    Hi Mayowa, sometimes the funds are in the KongaPay wallet. You can login to check, confirm and request for it to be paid to your bank. I'm sure there is a system glitch somewhere as these payments should be automatic.
