  • Paying attention to customer's preferred time to receive items

    Hi, Kexpress has been doing good! The only issue I have is with them paying attention to details. There was a time I told d delivery agent to deliver the next day as I was unavailable the first day, instead he came 2days after, it continued like that till it cancelled. I've been having this issue. Recently, my customer told Kexpress she was going to pick up her item in 4days, but I kept on seeing Attempted delivery (each time I tracked). There are lots of cases but I won't want to bore you; my point is - There is a need to listen to the customers and not follow the usual 'Attempted delivery' for like 3 times which will result to cancellation. Most of my items are returned with the packages unopened. It's a loss to konga bcos they only bill us for shipping for successful deliveries;

    I fully agree with this. When i self fulfill my orders by undertaking deliveries, i rarely have to return them intact i can't remember any i've had returned due to rejection by the buyer yet it happens frequently with KEX.  And when you call the buyer they admit that they would still want the item. So we do sometimes is to arrange another separate delivery outside of Konga. This is a loss to Konga!
