    Hello All,
    I don't remember pausing my stocks.I just logged into my sellers' account and found out that my stocks were placed on pause.I know I didn't pause any of my stocks.What happened?

    Hello All,
    Well,the issue I had with my paused stocks have been resolved.Konga have enabled the stocks .Prior to this period,Konga sent an email to me notifying me,a merchant,that they would be refreshing their pages.Thus,there may be some discrepancies in the listing of stock.I did notice these discrepancies.I sent an email to mall@konga.com notifying them of my paused stocks. Konga asked me to add price and quantity to the paused stocks and then enable.I was told that after 12 hours,my stock would be enabled.I did as told.Voila ! my stocks have been enabled.I would advise you to do the same.Thank you Chima O B for the advice.Thank you ,Konga

    Yes !!! the enable button on pause item is not responding, i have been trying to UN- paused my item no way! can someone assist .Thanks

    Same experience. Some of my listings were paused - no idea who paused them or why.
    And of course, enable button is disabled.

    That is the same problem am facing. I have complained to Konga. The reply was that I click on pause, and click on edit on the paused item and enable it. The enabling bottom has not been responding.
