    it is highly frustrating when you log on to your store and observe,  that goods yet to be returned back to merchant, has been listed as returned. it is very wrong to do so, when am yet to receive the said items. i was in contact with Abimbola Lawal, who assured me of my goods being delivered to me. please KONGA should endeavor to return my goods.

    When it's comes to returns, Konga has major issues in returns, They makr products not returned returned, Those they have returned you something have no clue why they were returned because the customer will complain that they were never contacted by Konga, Lastly I have about 10 Orders that Konga has refused to resolve from October 2014 till Dec 2014, they keep giving me excuses. The day I am free from the office I will ensure I meet with Mayowa and Muyiwa to ensure I get my goods and payment in 2015 alone I have over 50 items I can't trace. Thanks

    Apologies once again for the unfavorable experience. I can assure you that Abimbola is working with our Returns Team to get a quick resolution to this issue. I will ensure I'll check with him as soon as business opens this week for an update, and I'll reach out to you with a feedback soonest.

    Honestly,  am short of words, in my case, have called the customer service more than 20 times , sent the affected order numbers to mall@konga.com , yet I have not got any if my outstanding orders . I don't really know what to do ? Hummmm!

    this discussion will soon be suspended by konga, they dont like you talking about how they shortchange merchants!

    I've been on this issue for long. Getting to four months now Konga yet to actually return my goods
