    Dear Seller,
    Effective immediately, we will be contacting customers to manually verify orders from N45,000 and above to identify serious purchases and get 100% commitment from the customer. You will only receive these orders in SellerHQ after we have verified them.
    What This Means?
    Konga Mall Team will continue to verify orders up to N45,000 automatically
    For orders over N45,000, customers are contacted and required to pre-pay the full value to Konga to show commitment
    Buyers have up to 48 hours to make payment or order will be cancelled
    Immediate cancellation is done if buyer refuses to make payment upon verification
    You no longer need to call the customer to verify orders above N45,000
    What To Do?
    Please drop off orders as quickly as possible to ensure that you do not disappoint customers who have made monetary commitment.

    That's a wonderful approach but i think the bar should brought down to 25,000 Naira for auto confirmation.

    so what happens to orders below N45,000. merchants selling items below N45, 000 should go and worry abi? or are there plans for low cost items too?
