Does anyone know how else I can get Konga team to provide update on my shipped order?
The item in question was shipped since 11th of March with the last update on the tracking site showing as follows (Mar 16, 2015 1:08 pm Arrival ScanKEX AKWA IBOM SC 001, UYO).
I have sent several emails to get Konga to provide update as to whether the item has been delivered or not. I will need advise on what next to do. We have experienced this kind of issue in the past with the order staying upto 2 months and was finally returned.
