  • Order shipped but Not Updated on SellerHQ

              I have noticed this in my store. Two orders were shipped on Friday and invoice received. These orders are still showing  in the "new order" section of my SHQ. I have called the drop off Point. They confirm the items have left the K-express drop off Point. Has anyone experienced this Before?
