To help you make improvement on your store services and also track reasons for returns made to your store, we have introduced the downloadable ‘Print Return Form’ button on SHQ dashboard.
The return form is a document that can capture the reason for returns by a customer for a package. This will then be attached to the package upon return to you. If your customer decides to return the item you shipped to them, they will be required to complete the form and attach to the item being returned.
To access your Print Return Form from your Seller HQ dashboard, click on ‘Manage Orders” and click on ‘Print Return Form’ icon to download form and attach to your package.

NOTE- We advise that you do not click "Reply" on mail threads sent to email@example.com that have been marked as resolved and closed. For new requests, we advise that you send through a fresh mail with new subject title to get prompt responses. Requests/complaints that are sent through closed resolved tickets will not be treated as such mails are not usually placed on new request queues.

Very good addition, getting feedback from customers on why they returned an order is very important, thanks Konga for adding such feature to the SHQ
