I wonder the cause of order mixed up,processing wrong items to a wrong address.l wil. Suggest the people working at the repackaging section should be more smarter and concentrate before handle over to the courier services.

I have had this issue 2 times. The customer got the wrong item, fortunately I chatted her on whatsapp and send the picture of my item again, I then made the complaint to ONe of konga offices and she eventually got the correct item.THe second time, the customer got the wrong item, they were supposed to bring the right one to her, then they Clint meet her because of her work schedule so the order was returned.I would say that KOnga express looks into the seamless delivery of requested items.
