    Dear Seller,
    Trust you are all having a great day.
    Kindly see below some few tips on fulfilling your orders with ease:
    1. You can get your orders picked up directly from you and delivered to your customers in a short time. To do this, please send an email to sellerservices@konga.com
    2. Order Update: Please ensure timely update of self-fulfilled orders after confirmation of delivery by buyers. Once you click on “Delivered”, it triggers a notification to the customer.
    3. Wrongly updated self-fulfilled orders will be charged the affected commissions accordingly. That is, when a cancelled order is   updated to “Delivered” without notifying the mall team to conduct due verification, commission charges will still apply on such orders and you will be required to pay these charges to avoid store suspension.
    4. For undelivered self-fulfilled orders, please send a mail to ordercontinuity@konga.com for cancellation.
