    A customer cancelled an order and later reodered but the cancellation is still counted on my store.
     Another customer can cancelled an order without a reason, I mail the konga help center immediately to do something for that order cancellation  not to be counted but they tools me it will be counted. I think that it is not fair, Konga should have a way of excluding cancellations by customer  which are not causes by sellers

    I honestly wish to use this medium to state that those at helm of mall affairs keep frustrating my effort.  You will cancellation and they won't implement it nor respond reason why it is not implemented. It is saddening that Konga now use auto delivery which totally deliver order above 23days on shipping. Sadly, most of this orders were either rejected at point of delivery or client not available. Most unfortunate fact is that mails for their cancellation has sent on different occasion which were not implemented. Pls this aspect should properly investigated.  I can't be paying commission of what was not delivered.

    I have sent emails several time to the address ordercontinuity@konga.com , that was 3 weeks ago, up till this very day no response at all.

    I concur. After calling the customer to confirm if they want the goods,it gets to them and they still return it. Goods got to the state on the 19th of only for it to be rejected on the 31st of October. Between 19- 31 what happened? And this will be counted as a cancelled order on my store. It's not nice.

    Normally, orders cancelled by a customer does not count against your store. Apologies if your store was affected by a customer's cancellation  Please be informed we are currently looking into your store.
