Dear Moderator.
Please can you help with this issue as I have called customer care and sent mails to mall@konga.com but still no solution yet.
The order has been at Abuja since 13/01/2016 and up till now, has not moved to its next location.
I have called the buyer and he is infuriated but I have had to keep calming him down because the truth is that most items online can be gotten anywhere else and if it takes too long before an order gets to the buyer, he/she ends up rejecting the order.
Please kindly do something to sort the issue out.
