    Hi Konga.
    I had a challenge today when I went to drop off an order at one of the drop off points.
    The order was a hamper which contained some bottles of wine.
    When I got to the drop off center, I was informed that the order could not go because of the breakable items in the basket.
    I had to plead with the staff at the drop off point before he collected the order from me.
    My question now is, if breakable items in hampers would not allow K-express do delivery then why are we asked to list the content of the hamper?
    Secondly, I would like you to advise me on how to ship my hamper if I get another order and maybe the order is outside Lagos.

    Hello Stephedges, 
    For safety precaution and proper handling purposes, you will be unable to ship Liquids( spirits, wines) , Perishables through K-Express.You will be required to ship orders of this nature through a 3rd party courier company. 
    Kindly send an email to sellerservices@konga.com and a representative will provide you with details of  3rd party companies in Lagos. 
    Please note you could also choose to ship these order personally to the customer's location.
    In addition, due to the nature of this item (hamper) may I suggest you personally ship all your Lagos orders to avoid damage.
