    Dear Sellers,
    Our order returns process is changing!
    Starting tomorrow July 1st, items returned or rejected by customers will be sent back to the drop-off location closest to your SellerHQ address for your pickup. 
    In the near future,  you will be able to pick up from the location where the item was dropped off. Items not picked up within 5 days of receiving an SMS notification alert will be shipped to our distribution center and will  be available for pickup for 10 additional days. 
    However, please note that Konga will not be liable for items not picked up within 15 days of receiving a returns SMS notification.

    konga i don't this decision will improve your sells.  have you considered people that bring bulky items. well if i will act based on this decision, i will increase my price just to be on konga but will not really be expecting much sales from your end.
    and i am sure that will reduce your sales. most of your policy of recent have not be making sales on your platform easy for us merchant. and if not that i just want to be there for the sake of being on your platform. i will prefer to pull out.
    i dont know if there is any other merchant that feels the same way.
