I guess something is really happening on Konga site or their services has been tweaked to dis-favour sellers. For the past 1 month and some days, we havent gotten a single order from Konga. What could be this problem?

As a new merchant after you have completed your registration process, log into your https://shq.konga.com/, from your SHQ dashboard click on the yellow icon at the top of your page 'Sell an item' to begin listing your products.
