I ordered three items on the 30th of December I only got confirmation for one and I can't even track any of them

You will be able to track orders that have been shipped by the merchant you purchased from. Kindly confirm from your order history on your Konga homepage to be sure the order was successfully placed.
If you have not received a confirmation mail from merchant within 48hours, you can cancel the order and purchase from another merchant. You can also send details of these orders to email@example.com and a representative will contact you to further assist.
