A while ago, new delivery rates were announced with it came the information that customers will now be required to pay for delivery at the point of check out.
I will like to know if that has been implemented. If not, can I have an estimated date of when it will be cause that will be a good way to remove unserious buyers.

Please note, customers are NOT mandated to pay for shipping charges at checkout, we only increased our delivery rates not the check out process.
The issue of unserious buyers is one we are actively working to remove from the platform. Buyer Profiling has been put in place to classify and in time filter out unserious transactions.
