I also believe that this new delivery policy by Konga will put extra financial burden, in fact, losses on the seller in the event that the buyer rejects the order! My suggestion agrees with what some contributors have earlier mentioned, that buyers should be made to pay for shipping before the item is shipped to them. This will ensure that there is some level of commitment by the buyer and only the serious buyers will place order which is much better for the sellers. If eventually the item is rejected by the buyer, at least, the seller will not suffer double loss, that is, the cost of the efforts put in dispatching the order and the delivery cost. In my own experience, some of the rejection of orders that we have suffered resulted from delayed delivery by Konga. I suggest that there should be a deadline as to when Konga (and the other delivery partners) deliver the order to the buyer. We have backlog of rejected orders which are still kept in transit by Konga! I also suggest that there should be a deadline as to when rejected orders are returned to the seller by Konga (and the other delivery partners).
