    My ordered item is in transit,meanwhile the same customer re-order the item(the item in transit is the last i have)?I want   Konga to resend it to the customer.Has anybody experienced this?

    Please be informed, the first  order will have to be returned to you the seller as it has already been updated to 'return ongoing' status. Kexpress will be unable to reprocess the initial order as a new order at this time.
