  • My order has been showing "shipped" for almost 10 days now

    I sent an item last week, it's almost getting to 10 days now which is supposed to be the maximum time for shipping, i don't know if problems are being escalated through this medium, If yes, please someone should work on it. Thank you.

    Hi Williams, you can track your orders shipped by KExpress by using the track order link from your seller hq account, or go to track.konga.com. The tracker will give you visibility of your shipped orders.
    If you have any further queries about the shipments, you can channel them through mall@konga.com
