  • My Bank Account was not Creditted

    So on the 1st I deposited my money from the bank to my konga pay account and it worked very fine, immediately my bank account was debited and the kongapay was credited. So I decided to do vice versa to check whether the site was reliable because it was my first try so I sent back the money to the bank account from Kongapay, immediately I was debited to 0 on KongaPay but till now my bank hasn't gotten the money and my notification on kongapay still says payment has been made. Please I've been patient for days and nothing has come up. Please can this issue be resolved at most?

    I'm a regular victim of this and the ugly situation still repeated itself days back and since Monday that I've been sending mails to both mall@konga and support@kongapay, I even attach my bank account statement, they haven't responded to my mails till now. They do respond to mails now like 4-5 days after. I'm very frustrated with kongapay and konga customer care in general.

    Same issue here pls. Got an email from kongapay that my bank acct has been credited. Yet no payment. And my konga pay acct balance is 0. Where did my money go?
    Am a seller on konga biko.
