My Account Has not Been Updated 2 days After Buyer Has Received Item

Please, i will like to know the appropriate email to direct this complaint too.
I called the buyer to confirm why he has not received his item as shown in my dashboard. And he said he had recieved it the day before, that was 3 days ago.
But it has not registered in my dashboard that he has received. Please we need this money quick sometimes to get more purchases.
