    Konga Mall regularly monitors the performance of sellers. Hence, we send out notifications on how your store is performing by assigning grades to your store. These ratings have a direct effect on your ability to accomplish your goals on Konga Mall. 
    
    Therefore it is necessary that you monitor your shipment rate weekly to keep you updated on your store performance. 
    How to calculate your shipment rate weekly? Total Number of Shipped Orders / the Total Number of Orders Received for the week .(excluding orders cancelled by the customer or on request)
    
    Reasons Why You Should Monitor Your Shipment Rate
    
    Customer Satisfaction: You must consistently ensure you provide a high level of buyer satisfaction. Establish a behavior of shipping your items on time.
    
    Reduce Cancellation: By monitoring your orders you reduce cancellation, you are able to accept new orders on time and also ship them swiftly.
    
     Repeat Customers:  A high performing store gets a repeat of customers. Satisfied buyers come back to purchase more items.
    
    Avoid Suspension: With your shipment rate at 80% and above your store avoids the risk of getting suspended.
    
    Participation in Fall Yakata Sale: Stores with shipment rate below 80% will not be allowed to participate during the sale.
