  • Money sleeping in Escrow

    I have items that are already delivered way back 24th/25th of last month with some on 27th/28th. The money still sit in escrow. My return policy is 7 days and some of the item has no return policy. Which means 3 days after delivery date money should go to my wallet.
    Please what's happening?

    Hello Ayoola,
    This is currently being worked on. An update will be provided accordingly. For orders marked as delivered by K-Express and yet to reflect on your escrow, please send an email to mall@konga.com with the order details.

    When will the SHQ issue be resolved? 
    Although SHQ was said to have issues earlier this week buh items delivered on 24/25 are due to be paid into my wallet before Monday that SHQ issues started.
    I would like to know how soon the issues will resolved. I need to restock.

    The KongaPay icon is only visible to merchants who have accounts with the registered banks on KongaPay. Please request a wallet payout as you normally would.

    Hi Konga,
    I am very confused about this Konga Pay business. The tab saying 'Konga Pay' has now disappeared from my SHQ dashboard so I actually have no way of registering. A few days ago, money from my escrow seemed to move to my wallet, even though I am not yet registered on Konga Pay.
    Please advise.

    Hello Ebere, so since the fidelity bank am using is not listed yet on konga pay, can i then edit my bank details and fill in my access bank account?

    Hello all,
    Thank you for your patience thus far, 
    Please be informed, you will be required to register your bank account on KongaPay if you are yet to do so. This will ensure funds in your escrow are sent directly to your registered bank accounts after the return policy has elapsed.Only merchants with accounts in banks listed below will be able to register on K-Pay
    K-Pay currently has 6 listed banks-  EcoBank UBA, Zenith Bank, Access Bank, FCMB & Diamond Bank. 
     We are working ceaselessly with other banks and already in talks with them to ensure all our sellers are able to access the K-Pay services.

    This Issue should be dealt with once and for all please! Some of those money are borrowed at times just in order for merchants to fulfill these orders.. I am personally not really happy about this development because i am experiencing same issue.
    Please Konga technical dept. shuold act on this ASAP
