    I have a a missing returned item, pls what should I do?

    I have absolute no confidence whatsoever in mall@konga.com.
    It is a waste of time most of the time. Particularly if your case/issue is an ongoing one. I dislike the fact that when you reply to a response u receive via that email address, you are not certain that the officer that attended to it first time will be the one to continue or finish the task.
    I have several cases like that including goods said to have been returned but was never received but each time you send a complaints, it's like starting all over again. Its not standard practise.

    All mails sent to mall@konga.com are logged and responded to within the 24- 48 hours, however a resolution may take longer depending on the nature of the complaint.

    @Ebere what should a merchant do in the case he report a missing return to mall@konga.com and still yet to get a feedback 2 months later
