  • Missing Item On My Store

    Hello All,
    I complained last week of how an item an uploaded for 4 days was yet to come live after it reflected live on my SHQ page, and 4 days later, it cam live after series of mail to the service people. I woke up today to check my page, lo and behind, it was missing again, and it shows live on my seller page, whats going on? Why do page items suddenly disappears without any thing been done to it?
    
    I am loosing customers as I have already mailed them the link, Please help me and try to fix this once and for all, I am getting fed up.

    Konga can be confusing sometimes. I mean the moment you think you understand it all then you will realize you know little. From my investigation, i think the guys providing advises are not giving enough information/doing little. I also think they are managing people on desk. Reasonably, i don't think it should be taking 48hrs for you to get a response to emails. Imagine an item that i shipped to Kaduna which seller paid money to Konga, they actually said i collected money on delivery knowing that i have emails as proof that SAYS customer has made full payment. It will be 1 week on Saturday and nothing has been done about this. I also have cases where i emailed the mall team that they should cancel Order that was actually marked as shipped as customers turned out to be time wasters. They will tell us to bring the Order and upon getting to the point of sales phone will go off /  they didn't pick calls / was just playing around i mean there should be some kind of investigative panel before you can mark such item as delivered. I mean this is more like a rip off. I will definitely be charged commissions on about 6 products that i have already wasted money to buy airport to confirm product purchase(s) then transportation and then Konga will still charge me commissions because of its own mistakes.

    I am having the same exact issue..
    I have mailed konga mall already and still the items are still missing on my site.
    
    It seems to me that the Konga technical team needs some more competent hands.

    I am currently having the same issue at the moment. I uploaded 6 items to my store on Saturday the 11th, by Monday I got a message that the items has been approved. I then logged in to my shq center and I saw it has reflected as live on site, but up till today being Thursday the 16th, they are yet to be displayed on my page. I have called the customer service about this many times and they assured me it would be resolved within 24hrs. 24hrs has passed and they are yet to be displayed. Sometimes it is really frustrating to do business with konga.

    Konga, I am so frustrated right now cos I am also having same problem here.
    Even when an item is life most of the time the sizes wont be there, How on earth will a customer order for a dress or shoe without sizes.
    I am so tired of complains everyday
    There was a time i had to re upload more than 100 items and last week again i had to update it again but sizes of some of my products are still not showing
