MODs could you bring to the notice of your webmasters and IT department that they need to work on or upgrade the messaging service within konga especially in the SHQ, I am unable to message buyers from my SHQ account, and I assume that buyers might also be having difficulties messaging sellers via the konga messaging service.

Our SHQ development team is aware of this, pending resolution of this issue. We have made the merchant's details available at the top of the product page for direct contact to the merchant ( please see illustration)
We also urge our customers who call in to make enquiries to use this medium to contact merchants.
