    Hello,
    I am new here on konga.com. I created an account and listed items though one was rejected. 
    I have not even started selling yet and when i tried updating the item i get the message "Product Update: merchant Account is currently Suspended". 
    
    Why is my account suspended?

    Apologies for this, your store was on vacation, this has been rectified, please log into your shq and confirm current status.
