  • Marking Order As Shipped

    Hello, is there an official duration for marking orders as shipped because i have noticed that it varies on orders i get. Also, in a case where i am yet to mark an order as shipped and the system auto-cancelled, even though it has been shipped & delivered. How do you remedy such situation

    Hello Jide,
    When a selfufilment order is not marked as shipped after 72 hours it is automatically cancelled, same applies if orders are not dropped off within 72 hours at the nearest K express point.
    In the scenario you have mentioned, kindly send the affected order number to mall@konga.com for proper updates.
    NOTE :  It is very important that all orders are updated as quickly as possible to avoid negative ratings on your store.
