  • MANDATE ORDER PAYMENTS: NO REFERENCE TO ORDERS IN BANK ACCOUNT CRDITE

    IS THERE ANYWAY KONGA CAN PUT ORDER NUMBERS IN THE MANDATE PAYMENTS SO WE CAN IDENTIFY WHICH ORDER IS BEING PAID FOR.
    IT SHOWS MANDATE PAYMENT FOR ALL ORDERS, BUT WE CANT BE SURE WHAT ORDER IS BEING PAID FOR BECAUSE SOME ORDER PAYOUT ARE EXACTLY THE SAME AMOUNT. VERY CONFUSING, PLEASE KONGA TEAM ,WORK ON THIS.  
    GREAT IMPROVEMENT IN THE PAYMENT SECTION, BUT MUCH MORE STILL NEEDED. 
    AND PLEASE CANCEL POD!!!!  ITS A MESS. CUSTOMERS ARE REJECTING ORDERS DUE TO LACK OF FUNDS OR BETTER DEALS.

    Truely I was also impressed with Konga verification of rating and review.I had a similar experience that would have really affected my store but thanks to Konga for this wonderful period for sellers to defend themselves.
    Mine was an electronic which customer did not know how to go about the setting ,only for the person to write a negative feedback ,that its a bad product,despite I have been paid the customer money,I find all means to locate the seller and set it up,only for the person to tell she was sorry for give negative feedbacj,,now let assume Konga has not put this inplace,I might not make sales on that product for life again or probably be sanctioned by Konga.
    I really comend Konga effort so far,also appreciation also goes to the delivery of kexpress,returns seems to be a byegone issue on konga.
    But,pls,can customer give a new feedback after remedy has been provided for their complements.

    YES, Thanks. The order numbers shows in the mandate payment now. Wonderful!!! 
    
    I am really impressed by Konga's  great improvement in all areas. 
    And its really nice to see that negative ratings by customers are investigated before being allowed on the merchants page. This is because you cannot take the word of customers alone, cos they sometimes give false ratings because they ordered the wrong product without carefully reading the description. Even though there is not misrepresentation by the merchant, they just order the wrong product and instead of reaching out to the seller, they leave negative comments.  Thanks Konga for dealing with customers like this.. Kudos to konga.

    Your bank will be contacted to have this looked into.
    We have rolled out several programmes to curb the issue of unserious transactions (like KongaPay , buyer ratings etc). We will continue to work towards providing the best services on the Konga Mall.
    Pay-On-Delivery encourages and drives e-commerce nationwide. You are required as a seller to offer POD across all Nigerian states. If you do not wish to offer POD in some cities and states, you have the option of removing that city/state from your Delivery Settings.

    Mine shows, i use FCMB. This might be from your bank, because those text messages are sent from the bank not Konga.What bank do you use?
