Dear Sellers, With the ongoing N1000, N2000 and N5000 voucher promotion on Konga Mall, you may have noticed an increase in the number of customers who place orders to your store. We consider this an investment to develop the marketplace and further help you grow your business. Hence we encourage you to keep fulfilling all orders placed to your store during this promotion as Konga will bear the cost of all discounted orders purchased from you. NOTE: Ensure that you always check your order invoice before shipping, as it will display the amount already paid by the customer, either with a discount voucher or with Konga wallet credit, and the outstanding amount to be paid will be shown as “Balance Due for Shipment”. Konga will always remit the full value of your orders- whether POD or Prepaid (less shipping and commissions) after delivery confirmation. We also advise that you ship new orders within 24 hours. If your store has been suspended as a result of a high cancellation rate and late acceptance and shipment of orders, you are requested to ship all outstanding orders to enable us reactivate your store. Orders that have been shipped, but not yet delivered by K-Express will not be counted against you. Penalty only comes in when you do not ship your orders. Happy trading!
