I av listed two of my items successful, now am trying to list other products but no message from konga at all to confirm if accepted or rejected.

Kindly send an email to mall@konga.com or contact our customer service helpline on 01 4605555 stating the issues you are experiencing while trying to list. A representative will assist accordingly.Thank You

I don't know how to go about the listing process. I have tried but to no avail. I will be glad if this is treated as urgent. Thank you.

Hello Mariam,
After listing your products, it will be approved or rejected within 3 working days. If your product have been listed for more than 3 working days, kindly send an email to mall@konga.com with your store name.
