    Hello Admin. I have joined SHQ for a month now. But I can't complete my profile like listing my product, updating my bank account number, and each time I choose a delivery point in lagos, it changes to oshogbo on my next login. My dashboard too looks distorted like the options are packed together in the same line so I can't click on it. My phone is Infinix Hot 2. Please help. I need to start selling. Thank you

    Hello Henry,
    Kindly note you are yet to complete the new selller orientation. On completion of the test, an email is automatically sent to your mailbox with further steps on how to complete this process.
     Please send a sccaned copy of a valid means of identication to onboarding@konga.com if you are yet to do so and a representative will reach out to you.
